    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW67F0581: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 19:41 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the William P Hobby Airport, Houston, TX. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; failed to use the miscellaneous aircraft conditions checklist.
