Incident occurred at the Cordele Airport, Cordele, GA. This was a local flight from Cordele, GA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while returning to a strip. Stalled while in flight. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...
