    3 Seasons spraying in the New Brunswick Forest Spraying.

    Certificate of airworthiness for N68456 (E75, 75-5553) issued.

    26 June 1957

    Involved in an incident.
    Substantially damaged during aerial application when the pilot misjudged his approach and landing distance, applied heavy braking and the airplane nosed over onto its back at Nictau airstrip, New Brunswick.

Incident occurred at the Bakersfield Airpk Airport, Bakersfield, CA. This was a local flight from Bakersfield, CA. Collided with the crop while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; sunglare. Report remarks include: Trainee spraying with water.

    23 April 1993

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Terry Thompson Airport Zanesville, OH, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The pilot was high and about 5 miles out on the approach when he pulled the throttle to idle and continued toward the runway. When he realized he was low, he advanced the throttle; however, there was no response from the engine. The pilot made a forced landing in a wooded area. No mechanical defects were found with the airplane or engine...
