    Constructed as a F-4D-32-MC by McDonnell at Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.

    First flight.

    24 January 1968

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 66-8755.

    By July 1983

    Transferred to 457th TFS, 301st TFG, AFRES, Carswell AFB, TX.
    Operated with markings: TX

    June 1988

    Damaged.
    During SENTRY WOLVERINE 1988, this F-4D experienced over Gs and was grounded at Selfridge. As the 457th was nearing a transfer to F-4E, the USAF decided to leave the old F-4D at Selfridge, awaiting what to do.

    June 1988

    Written off.
    W/O at Selfridge. Retained as a BDR trainer.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
