    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA71DLA32: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Fernandina Beach Airport, Fernandna Bch, FL. This was a local flight from Jacksonville, FL. Ground looped or water swerved on touch down. Report remarks include: Broke tail wheel bracket assembly, damage to fuselage.
