    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 51-11719.

    Converted to a C-45H.

    August 1958

    Transferred to Missouri Air National Guard.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy.

    June 1963

    Transferred to General Services Adminstration.
    Issued to GSA for disposal.

    To US Department of Agriculture, Animal Disease Eradication Department, Washington, DC with new c/r N87689.

    From 1970 to 1979

    To US Department of Agriculture, Mission TX keeping c/r N87689.
    Screw worm eradication drops.

    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW77DRG60: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Del Rio International Airport, Del Rio, TX. This was a local flight from Del Rio, TX. Collided with another aircraft on the ground while taxiing from landing. Report remarks include: Usda screwworm eradication fly drop.
