    Constructed as a F-104D.
    Built by Lockheed at Palmdale, CA Deivered as RCAF 12645 first date: 6 March 1963 - Taken on charge Served at RCAF Station Cold Lake, Alberta. With No. 417 Squadron at CFB Cold Lake when renumbered. last date: 28 July 1970 - Renumbered as CAF 104645 Used by No. 417 Squadron at CFB Cold Lake, Alberta. Later became instructional airframe 878C, also marked 212AC for Aircraft Battle Damage Repair training. In storage at CFD Mountain View, Ontario in February 1995. Preserved, on display at the Canadian Museum Of Flight at Langley, BC in 2005. Received from Comox Museum in exchange for H-21B. Still there in July 2012 last date: c.2005 - Struck off, to museum

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 12645.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 104645.
