    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW67D0336: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Collier Airport, Houston, TX. Ground looped or water swerved while taxiing from landing. The gear collapsed while taxiing from landing. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions and overload failure. The sky conditions were overcast. The ceiling was 2100 feet at the accident site...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Pounds Field (TYR) Tyler, TX, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot, he observed the tachometer RPM changing drastically while the airplane was on a 2 to 2. 5 mile extended downwind leg for landing on runway 13. The pilot reported the anomaly to the tower, advising that he needed to land. The tower controller immediately issued the pilot a clearance to execute a left turn and proceed for a straight-in approach to runway 17...
