    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK65F0069: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 01:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Collided with wires and/or poles while buzzing. Report remarks include: Struck pole while buzzing city-intended suicide. Incident occurred at or near Honolulu, HI.
