    Deployed to Korat RTAFB in Thailand, to take part in the Linebacker raids.

    Transferred to 17th TRS, 66th TRW, RAF Upper Heyford, England.

    Transferred to 52nd TFW, Spangdahlem AB, West Germany.
    Operated with markings: SP

    By August 1976

    Transferred to 81st TFS, 52nd TFW, Spangdahlem AB, West Germany.
    Operated with markings: SP

    Circa 1978

    Converted to a F-4C-20-MC by at Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.

    Transferred to 113th TFS, 181st TFG, Indiana ANG, Hulman Field, IN.
