    Deployed to Moron AB, Spain, under Operation Stair Step during the 1961 Berlin Crisis.

    9 December 1961

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Crashed after engine failure (compressor stall) 3 NM SE of Malaga, Spain. Pilot Capt. Billingsley ejected safely.

    2 June 1962

    Written off.
    Written off after the investigation was finished.
