    Constructed as a B-57E-MA by Martin at Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 55-4254.

    Circa 1957

    To 5040th Radar Evaluation Squadron, 10th Air Division, Elmendorf AFB, AK.

    By July 1972

    To 5041st TOS, 21st Composite Wing, Elmendorf AFB, AK.

    Converted to an EB-57E by Martin.

    Circa 1975

    Transferred to 17th DSES, 24th Air Division, Malmstrom AFB, MT.

    16 July 1979

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Crashed near Salt Lake City, UT on way to MASDC. The pilot survived. The aircraft crashed into (and exposed) a car chop-shop operation in the Salt Lake City area.
