Experienced a controlled collision with terrain while in flight. The sky conditions were obscured. There was zero visibility. There was ground fog. The weather conditions were IFR...

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality. The accident occurred at the Catlett Ag Strip Airport Pleasant Grove, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that he landed toward the north with the wind from the northeast at 8 to 10 knots. When the tailwheel touched down, the aircraft veered right. The pilot reported that he could not stop the turn. He opened the throttle while attempting to establish directional control...

    There were three minor injuries. The accident occurred at the Jean Airport (0L7) Jean, NV, United States while standing. The damage was substantial. The pilot was attempting to hand prop his airplane without it being secured and without anyone at the controls. When the Aeronca did start, it got away from both the pilot and the individual who was attempting to hold the tail and collided with another airplane...
