    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX76DVA68: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 20:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Delano Airport, Delano, CA. The flight departed from Phoenix, AZ, with the destination Delano, CA. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The factors included; the landing gear breaking system and excessive wear and play. Report remarks include: Left brake weak.
