    Notes: Original Caption: Three U.S. Air Force McDonnell F-4C Phantom II fighters at Clark Air Base, Philippines, in February 1975. The first aircraft is F-4C-24-MC, s/n 64-0820, from the 1st Test Squadron, 3rd Tactical Fighter Wing. Note the command stripes. The other two Phantoms are from the 334th Tactical Fighter Squadron (SA), and 335th TFS (SB), 4th Tactical Fighter Wing, Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina (USA).

    Transferred to 35th TFW, George AFB, CA.

    By 1975

    Transferred to 426th TFTS, 58th TFTW, Luke AFB, AZ.
    Operated with markings: LA

    Transferred to 35th TFW, George AFB, CA.
    Operated with markings: GA

    July 1978

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Ejercito de Aire with s/n C.12-37 and operated with these markings: 12-19.

    11 March 1991

    Permanently withdrawn from use.
