    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA75DYG29: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Dayton, WA. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; terrain. Report remarks include: Flew into upslope terrain. Incident occurred at or near Dayton, WA.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Turner, WA, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. The aircraft nosed over during an emergency landing after an engine failure. The pilot stated that he had almost completed his spraying, when during a turn-around, the engine started to backfire. He dumped the remaining load and reduced power. The engine backfired and quit. The pilot landed and during roll-out in soft terrain, the aircraft nosed over...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Private Airport Davenport, WA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that he was flying the airplane around the pattern to warm up the oil in preparation for an annual inspection. Just prior to the flight, a rain storm had passed over the area and the dirt strip was wet. During the landing roll, the right main landing gear sank in the mud. The pilot applied the left brake hard and the airplane nosed over.
