    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX68F0217: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:15 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Fox Field Airport, Lancaster, CA. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with a dirt bank during the takeoff run. Report remarks include: Right rudder horn broken at rudder torque tube, previously cracked.
