Incident occurred at the Gustine Airport, Gustine, CA. The propellar failed while turning around. The engine separated from the airframe while turning around. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Unapproved blades installed at propeller overhaul, one blade failed in shank area.
