    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW70FRA15: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 11:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Ebner Farm Airport, Deweyville, TX. This was a local flight from Deweyville, TX. Suffered a mid-air collision while crop dusting. Report remarks include: Pilot of N3994B was watching behind wg for fertilizer flow, heading north. Land safely at strip.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW71FRA49: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Wingate Airport, Fannett, TX. This was a local flight from Fannett, TX. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with a parked aircraft during the takeoff run. Report remarks include: 45 degree off runway heading when starting takeoff run. Hit N4443N subs dmge.

    7 August 1985

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Fairfield Airport (FFL) Fairfield, IA, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. A Beech Baron departed just prior to N3994B. N3994B was heavily loaded and encountered turbulence after lifting off. The aircraft drifted to the right until it was over a corn field about 100 feet to the right of the runway. The pilot tried to correct back to the runway but the aircraft settled to the ground, hit a furrow and nosed over.
