    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX75DUJ19: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:32 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Queen Creek, AZ. Collided with wires and/or poles while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain and sunglare. Report remarks include: Pilot failed to see low wires due sun. Incident occurred at or near Queen Creek, AZ.

    4 May 1990

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Madera, CA, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot of a crop duster inadvertently flew into the ground while returning to land after the lid to the hopper came open spraying the pilot with the chemical. The chemical partial obscured the visibility of the pilot and when he realized he was descending, the aircraft collided with the ground. The non-current pilot reported no mechanical problems with the aircraft...
