    Crashed.
    The incident occurred at Weyers Cave, VA, United States. The time was 1810 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Shenadoah Airport. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The aircraft nosed over during the takeoff run.
