The flight departed from Opa Locka, FL, with an unknown destination. The engine failed or malfunctioned while circling in the traffic pattern. Collided with a fence during the landing rollout. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...
