    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The military flight departed Kuala Lumpur RAF Station (WMKF), Malaysia and was destined for Penang International Airport (PEN/WMKP), Malaysia. The accident occurred at Kuala Lumpur RAF Station (Malaysia) while taking off. Narrative: The Dakota stalled and crashed on takeoff. Investigation revealed that the elevators were still locked.
