    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX80DVG63: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Sacramento Exec Airport, Sacramento, CA. This was a local flight from Sacramento, CA. Ground looped or water swerved on touch down. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; at least two or more engines failed.

    15 October 1983

    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at the Yolo County Airport (203) Woodland, CA, United States while landing. The damage was minor. The Cessna 152 was performing a touch and go landing and hadjust taken off when the Boeing stearman landed on the left wing and propeller of the Cessna 152. Both aircraft landed sucessfully and taxied clear of the runway. Both aircraft were broadcasting their intentions on multi-com radio.

    11 May 1988

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Sacramento Executive Airport (SAC) Sacramento, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. While on final approach the pilot stated that he had been distracted and when TWO-3 feet above the runway the aircraft dropped in a near three point attitude. The pilot lost directional control and the aircraft veered off the runway and nosed down. There were no reported mechanical failures or malfunctions with the aircraft at the time of the accident.

    6 July 1989

    Crashed.
    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Executive Airport (SAC) Sacramento, CA, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. Shortly after takeoff, the engine started losing power. The pilot declared an emergency and was cleared to land on any runway. The airplane made the airport but collided with a hangar and then the ground. Post accident inspection revealed the air induction system appeared to be blocked with a large amount of friction tape...
