    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Corps with s/n 26-234.

    Transferred to Brooks Field, San Antonio, TX.

    6 August 1926

    Damaged.
    Landing accident with structural failure at Yturri Field, TX.

    Transferred to 154th Observation Squadron, Arkansas NG, Adams Field, Little Rock, AR.

    By April 1928

    Transferred to 95th Pursuit Squdron, March Field, Riverside, CA.

    3 April 1928

    Involved in an incident.
    Landing accident at March Field, CA.

    6 March 1929

    Crashed.
    Crashed in ocean 3 mi S of Imperial Beach, CA.

    To William Penn Glider Club, Philadelphia, PA with new c/r N11621 (PT-1, 1).

    27 January 1933

    Civil registration, N11621, cancelled.

    1935

    Ferry flight. Delivered to University, Arkansas College, Engineering, Fayetteville.
    The deilvery flight to the college was the last recorded flight.

    To Buck Hilbert.
    Buck Hilbert acquired a set of wings, ailerons, a center section and a complete tail group.

    To Paul Poberezny, Oshkosh, WI.

    1998

    Restored.
    Restored with an engine similar to what was on the PT-3, so the plane is marked to replicate a PT-3.

    To EAA Aviation Foundation, Oshkosh, WI with new c/r N31PT (Poberezny PT-3).
