    Constructed as a DHC-6-300.

    To Norontair with new c/r C-GQKZ (DHC-6 Twin Otter 300, 532).

    19 March 1992

    Crashed.
    Summary: The damage to the airframe was substantial. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed Red Lake Airport, ON (YRL/CYRL), Canada and was destined for Kenora Airport, ON (YQK/CYQK), Canada. The accident occurred at Red Lake Airport, ON (YRL) (Canada) while taking off. The airframe was repaired. Narrative: The NorOntair flight was scheduled to proceed from Red Lake to Kenora, and then to Thunder Bay. There were no passengers for the leg to Kenora, but there were passengers scheduled to fly out of Kenora to Thunder Bay...
