    Constructed as an UH-1F-BF by Bell at Fort Worth, Texas, USA.
    This is the first prototype of the UH-1F, with a total of 119 of the version built.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 63-13141.

    6 July 1973

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number HF0016.
