    Summary: The airframe was written off. This was an illegal flight. The accident occurred at Charleston, WV (United States of America) while landing. Narrative: Overran runway. The aircraft was carrying about 20000 lb of marijuana on board. PROBABLE CAUSE:pilot in command - misjudged distance and speedpilot in command - attempted operation beyond experience/ability levelpilot in command - lack of familiarity with aircraftFACTOR:miscellaneous acts,conditions - ran off end of runway.
