This was a local flight from Wheelr AFB, HI. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK75DJA02: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 06:55 hours. The aircraft was not damaged. Incident occurred at the Honolulu International Airport, Honolulu, HI. This was a local flight from Honolulu, HI. The propellar or rotor injured a person while starting engine (s). Report remarks include: Personnel struck by prop while hand propping engine.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Dillingham Airport Mokuleia, HI, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. During the landing roll, the aircraft began to veer left and would not respond to right rudder or brake application. The plane continued off the left side of the runway and the right wing was damaged. An investigation revealed that the right brake had failed. The brake lining for the back plate was missing...
