    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW68F0287: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Mathis Field Airport, San Angelo, TX. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Pilot attempted to use brakes on left side of cockpit while changing seats from right side to left.
